A Senator in the US senate, Senator Josh Hanley has said he will introduce a legislation to create a Federal right to sue for every person coerced, trafficked or exploited by porn sites.
He spoke with regards to the controversy surrounding an allegation by a journalist that Porn hub had films of sexual assault on unconscious females.
Though the porn site has denied the allegation, some influential persons have called on card companies to withhold payments to the site over the allegations.
One of the world’s card companies, MasterCard is already investigation the porn site with a view to unravel the allegations.
If true, Porn hub could face huge losses financially and risk heavy fines for promoting rape. Already rights groups are gearing up for the outcome of the investigation which is underway.
